and when i have run through all the options in my head, and seen their slightly horrific consequences, i am brought back to this verse:

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still." - Exodus 14:14

and in addition to "Remember God", "STAY CALM", "and FOCUS" on my noticeboard, i added a new one, written in unfaltering strokes, black against white:

"BE STRONG".
